Why I can't login using my email address and password?

Usually this is caused by the incorrect password. Please note that the password is case sensitive on our website. Sometimes the failure to login is caused by the incorrect password memorized by your computer. If you are not sure what password you entered before, you may request your password by using the "Forgot Your Password?" feature on our website.

The other possible cause is that your web browser's cookie* function may be disabled. To access PDHonline's personalized web pages, you need to turn on the cookie function in your web browser per instructions below.

If you're using Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher (you can find your browser's version in Help menu):
1. Choose Tools, then
2. Internet Options.
3. Click the Privacy tab,
4. Move the slider to the bottom to Accept All Cookies.
Note: You may also click the Edit button to override cookie handling for individual websites or click the Advanced button to override automatic cookie handling.

If enabling the cookie function in your browser does not eliminate the problem and your web browser is not the latest version, we recommend you to download the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer or download the latest Google Chrome.

If you still can't access your account with the above instruction, please try to login using a different browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari) or using a different device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or desktop).

As a last resort, you may create another user account with a different email address so that you can access our course library immediately. Free email accounts are available at Yahoo! Mail, Aol Mail, Hotmail and Gmail.

* A Cookie is simply a small text file placed in your browser or on your hard drive by a Web Page server. It is essentially your identification card that helps with online sales/services and allows the server to provide you the personalized web pages.
